We are excited to announce the clinic at the upcoming event SUP Spring Race in Italy with Andrey Kraitor.

Canoe olympian, European and World Champion in canoe and iSUP. 

Euro Tour medalist. 

 SUP technical clinic – Efficient Stoke with Andrey :

“Long distance or sprint, we are always looking for own : “efficient stroke”

Andrey will share with participants how to paddling efficient and powerful. 

We’ll go over the phases of the strokes, body position and mechanics.

We will work on several exercises both on land and in the water.

Drills, pre activation exercises before race.

Date 31.03 evening / 01.04 morning

Max capacity 8 person 

Duration 2h ( land and water) 

Price 50 Euro 

Race board+paddle for clinic + 50 Euro. 

But you are welcome with your own.
